Recent Updates From Kimberlee Minter
Last updated | Tuesday March 25, 2025

I use a strengths-based approach in therapy and believe that an important part of my role is to provide a safe environment and to work in partnership with clients to build a trusting therapeutic relationship. I have experience working with adolescents, families, groups, and adults in educational and clinical settings. My practice focuses on working with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, abuse and trauma, grief and loss, family conflict, and life transitions.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy is the cornerstone of my practice. I believe it provides a comprehensive, inclusive approach to therapy; mindfulness, intention, awareness, empowerment, perspective, and action. I also utilize cognitive behavioral therapy, and solution focused therapy in my work with clients.
Working with clients toward recognizing and accepting those things that are not in our control while working to move in a values based direction by making thoughtful, intentional choices is a basis of my approach. Please contact Sage Healthcare at the number listed to schedule an appointment.
