Recent Updates From Jessie Kaleikau
Last updated | Tuesday March 25, 2025

Do you feel helpless from a past traumatic experience? Or do you feel like you're in a constant cycle of stress, anxiety, or sadness? Anxiety, depression, sadness, and stress can feel overwhelming, consuming, and hopeless. I work with people who want to explore their story and change this chapter in their life. I work with teens and adults who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life adjustment, changes, and transitions, and individuals who have experienced trauma, abuse, or domestic violence. As someone who is Alaskan Native and Pacific Islander, I am passionate about working with BIPOC folks and other marginalized communities.
I believe that everyone knows themselves best and already has the tools to help themselves. I'm here to help you find, strengthen, and use those tools and figure out what your story is and how you'd like to rewrite it. I view therapy as a collaborative process where we can work together to identify your strengths and goals to assist you in your needs.
Therapy can be hard, awkward, and uncomfortable. I'm here to help you create a brave, non-judgmental space where you will be seen and you will feel heard. Being able to walk alongside your healing journey will be an honor, and I'm excited to work with you.
