Recent Updates From The Willow
Last updated | Tuesday February 18, 2025

Suffering from unresolved childhood trauma, PTSD, and attachment wounds can be painful and debilitating. Feeling frozen, running from the emotions in the mind & body, and trying to solve these issues on your own is exhausting. The right support and understanding when dealing with complex trauma is imperative for growth and healing. Our practice specializes in working with these complex trauma wounds. Helping make sense of what has happened to you, becoming more clear about the Self and all of your different parts, and moving forward with confidence are the changes that our clients experience when engaged in treatment.
We are EMDRIA certified EMDR therapists dedicated to helping individuals heal from complex trauma, PTSD, and attachment wounding. Our specific approach, IFS-informed EMDR, uses IFS (Internal Family Systems) in conjunction with EMDR for healing complex trauma. The practice is co-founded by Joe Woodbridge, LCSW and Erin Ziegelmeyer, LPC.
If you are wanting to make sense of the things that have happened to you and feel more confident, courageous, and compassionate with yourself, please give us a call today. We have openings for new clients in-person.
