Recent Updates From Max Kirshblum
Last updated | Tuesday February 18, 2025

At some point in life you may question, “Why do I do that”, “What is happening to me”, or “When will I get past this”? These thoughts can overtake your daily life and you may find yourself searching for that One. Single. Thing. that will make everything better. The desire to FEEL better becomes the predominant thought in your mind each day. You may become easily agitated, feel less motivated, and distance yourself from others. Engaging in therapy is a brave first step towards exploring your most difficult thoughts and feelings.
There's no one-size fits all approach to therapy. Each person can benefit from aspects of different modalities. The key however is to develop an understanding of WHAT is happening to you and WHY it may be happening. Identifying and gaining better insight into yourself is key to overcoming these thoughts and behaviors that are no longer working for you.
I will work with you through compassion, sensitivity, and humor to help you understand more about yourself and create a positive space for change. Feel free to send me an email so we can schedule a brief call to see if we are the right fit. Reaching out for help can be hard, so thank you for trusting me with this process.
