Profile

I am passionate about helping others enhance connections in their lives and live more authentically. I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and trauma by utilizing deep listening, collaboration, mindfulness, vulnerability, and building trust. I offer support around pregnancy, miscarriage, postpartum issues, parenting, divorce, men’s issues, career goals, and intergenerational trauma. Currently, I offer two therapy groups: a group for New Moms (babies welcome!) and a Men's Processing Group.
I provide a climate of non-judgment and safety for my clients so that they feel cared for, can self-explore at a deep level, and can become aware of blocks to growth. I approach therapy from an attachment and trauma lens. I am sex-positive, body-positive, LGBTQIA+, and neurodivergent affirming. I enjoy working with couples, families, individuals, and groups.
I believe that the conscientiousness and empathy that I bring to my clients enable them to feel seen, heard, and understood deeply. I am interested in truly understanding my clients and offering them a shame-free space to feel seen and understood. I welcome you to reach out to me so that we can decide together if I'm the right fit for you.
