Recent Updates From Kaitlyn Lynch
Last updated | Monday February 17, 2025

Finding the right therapist for you, your child or your family is an intensely personal decision and there are a few things that might make me a good fit. My experience with evidence-based models provides me with a framework for treating an array of mental health and family issues and has taught me to be goal-oriented and outcome-driven. It's important to me that my clients feel relief quickly, whether it be through skill building, shifting a family dynamic or processing the root of the problem-the core conflict-that sustains the problematic feelings and behaviors.
I often get feedback about how quickly I'm able to make people feel comfortable, relaxed and safe in a space that can be anxiety-provoking and sometimes intimidating. Whether it be trauma, mental illness, family conflict, challenges with parenting or a child struggling through divorce, I'm able to help.
I take a trauma-informed approach to assessment and treatment planning and utilize various modalities in an effort to tailor interventions. I'm directive and intentional in my approach because results matter and your time is valuable. Together, let’s create the calm you, your children and your family deserve.
