My practice is rooted in a compassionate, holistic approach that integrates the clinical art of psychotherapy and the neuroscience of mental health. I specialize in working with victims and survivors of sexual and relational violence, such as rape and sexual assault, childhood sexual abuse and incest, domestic violence, gun violence, and religious trauma.
I founded Cultivating Capacity because I believe words like "victim" and "survivor" are loaded words. Everyone has the potential to thrive after trauma.
