I provide a space and tools for this inward journey, using cognitive talk-time, hypnotherapy and guided imagery to help you explore.
Regardless of where you are at in doing your work - from not sure what “your work” even means to needing some fine tuning on how to apply and maintain already learned lessons - I create an environment that allows organic growth and understanding.
