I would like to congratulate you for taking the time to explore therapy. I know that finding the right therapist takes time and energy and is a decision that shouldn't be taken lightly. My areas of specialization include relationship issues, separation/divorce, depression/anxiety, trauma, ACOA, eating disorders, grief/loss, sexual disorders and women's health related issues. I also have a sub-speciality working with teenage girls and young women. I enjoy helping people lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
In addition to counseling, I am a certified JourneyDance Facilitator which helps people get out of their heads and back into their bodies through dance, movement and music. In teach weekly community classes for adults, and am an independent contractor fora local teenage IOP/PHP program and residential treatment center where I facilitate JourneyDance.
