While fear and doubt may obscure your perspective, we will work together to help you develop strength-based skills and capacities for moving through challenges. I will help you access your inner wisdom for cultivating trust, balance, clarity, & connection.
I use a mindfulness-based approach that helps you develop skills and tools to loosen the grip of overwhelming thoughts and worry about the future and soothe feelings of regret and sorrow from the past. Learning to live in present moment awareness empowers you to embrace all of your life in each unfolding moment with greater acceptance, aliveness, and peace.
My training in Mind-Body Medicine, IFS, CBT, Positive Psychology, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, meditation and yoga therapy and work in private practice, clinics, schools, psychiatric wards has provided me with a diverse set of clinical skills that relieve symptoms of depression, anxiety, trauma, attentional challenges, grief, and relationship issues.
