Recent Updates From Rachel Rollins
Last updated | Tuesday February 18, 2025

I have a passion for working with people who are in need of surrendering old coping skills and behaviors that no longer serve them. This may be challenging those "old" thought patterns when they arise, or allowing space for a "new" point of view or voice to be heard. The therapeutic relationship should be a place where one can practice setting boundaries, empowering themselves, and self advocating. My practice includes an integrative and somatic psychotherapy approach. Modalities include EMDR, CBT, attachment theory, neurodevelopment and psycho-education, and somatic techniques.
My goal is to help people develop skills to increase overall life functioning. This may mean setting boundaries or replacing old coping mechanisms. It also may look like settling back into your body and re-learning what your needs are.
My approach is warm and relational, but I am also here to compassionately challenge old beliefs that no longer serve us. I know how rooted we can become in our own narratives, and how disconnecting this can be in our relationships. I am here to support you deeply in the internal or external transition you are seeking.
