One of my favorite quotes is “Not all those who wander are lost” -J.R.R. Tolkien. Life can sometimes feel aimless, and we may feel like we are lost in a huge forest of difficulty. Difficulty could look like anxiety, depression, burnout, or problems with relationships. Sometimes having a person to help navigate through life’s problems can create direction. If you feel lost or aimless look no further! Together we will explore the forests of life and find new trails to take. I endeavor to listen empathetically and create a judgement free zone for all.
I believe that each trail taken is unique and is an opportunity for growth and learning. I am excited to work with diverse populations of all ages. I specialize in treating individuals of all ages with a variety of evidence-based treatments. My area of interest includes anxiety, depression, OCD, adjustment disorders, stress, and interpersonal relationships.
I hope to create safety by emphasizing importance of the client-therapist relationship and treating others with dignity, grace, and genuiness. I am passionate that through learning about ourselves and our differences we can move forward on the path taken. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your own healing journey.
