Recent Updates From Scott Koenigsberg
Last updated | Wednesday March 26, 2025

For over 32 years, I have enjoyed being an agent of change that aims to help others become the best version of themselves that they can possibly be. I have been told by my past clients that I am warm, friendly, empathetic, and a good listener. I am here to help you achieve whatever goals you would like to achieve, to help enrich and enjoy your life to the fullest, because that's what life is all about!
Although I employ a lot of CBT/DBT techniques in the work I do , I also have unique experience in combining theatrical elements into the therapy I do. I have extensive experience in working with issues including: self-harm, substance abuse, psychiatric disorders, executive functioning skills deficits (ADHD), and parent/child or couples relationships.
I currently reside in the Wilmington, NC area, and am available for in person sessions, but have maintained my professional licensure in Virginia as well, and have continued to see several of my clients from the Northern Virginia area, via teletherapy sessions. I personally enjoy using CBT, DBT, ADHD, and Theatre of the Oppressed techniques in my sessions.
