Recent Updates From Tamara Hirsch
Last updated | Thursday October 10, 2024
Welcome to my practice! If you are struggling with anxiety or life stressors and are feeling overwhelmed, you have come to the right place. I help adults find a better life balance, reduce stress and incorporate more happiness and mindfulness into their life. I also support parents to better understand and manage challenging child and adolescent behaviors. I have 20 years of experience working with individuals and families as a therapist.
I received my Masters in Clinical Social Work from Boston College in 2005. I then completed a fellowship in the Outpatient Department of Psychiatry, Boston Children's Hospital, receiving extensive post-graduate training in therapy and treatment. Subsequently, I worked in outpatient, crisis and forensic settings before opening my private practice.
I offer a complimentary phone or zoom consultation where I can hear about what's going on with you, tell you more about how I work, and you can determine whether you think we will work well together. I look forward to speaking with you and meeting you!
