For some, it is not an easy decision to start counseling, but the therapy process can lead to unimaginable improvement. I do counseling with children, teens, and adults for a wide range of issues. I also enjoy marital therapy and family therapy. It's my goal to help you grow and heal though the challenges caused by mental illness or life's challenging circumstances. Working together we can see change and hope! I know it's important to get help or support when you're looking for it. So if you call and you don't get to talk to someone... we do call back, usually same day or next business day.
I have a background in clinical psychotherapy in hospital in-patient crisis stabilization, and acute diagnostic settings and out-patient clinical counseling settings.
I am also a Christian counselor and to your comfort level and preference I enjoy doing Christian counseling. In a Christian counseling session it's my goal to know you and using the truths of the Word of God as well as therapeutic techniques that fit your personality and situation.
