I also utilize EMDR and cognitive behavioral therapy to re-configure a "problem" into a "solution." For couples, I focus therapy on evolving conflict into mutually satisfying interactions that facilitate growth and self-development. For both individual and couples therapy, I am dedicated to helping you develop lifelong skills.
In addition to my work as a psychologist and hypnotherapist, I am a professor of psychology. I have always sought methods to integrate mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual levels. I believe in natural self-healing and an intuitive wisdom that we all possess but often need help to discern.
