Happy New Year! 🎉 As the calendar resets, many of us take this time to reflect, reevaluate, and set new goals. It’s like hitting the “restart” button—a chance to focus on what truly matters and align our attention with what we want to achieve. Setting goals is a powerful practice, and it’s also a big part of therapy. After all, if you don’t know where you’re going, how can you plan the path to get there?

But setting goals is just the beginning. The real magic happens when we hold ourselves accountable and start shifting behavior patterns that may have held us back in the past. This is where therapy can step in as a valuable tool.
