I am a bilingual English/Spanish-speaking licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and certified grief educator with over 18 years of clinical experience. At the present time, I am only providing teletherapy. I have provided and continue to provide evidence-based psychotherapeutic treatment in a compassionate manner that includes children (12+), adolescents, adults, and families. Taking the first step is not easy, and I am glad that you are taking that step. Please leave a voicemail with your information so that I can get back to you as soon as possible. I use a mix of skills and approaches that are tailored to each patient's personality and situation. Those skills include CBT, a Strength-based approach, goal-oriented, and grief counseling. I will help you learn the skills and gain insight to help you through your current stressors. It is extremely important to feel comfortable with your therapist to talk openly without fear of judgment. In counseling, I try to understand the client's history, individual strengths, and personal goals.
