Going through life's transitions and demands, or just needing to make some changes to feel better, can be challenging--you may feel stuck or depressed, anxious, or frustrated. Therapy's an effective way to get experienced help with moving in the right direction towards more fulfilling relationships and a healthier, more meaningful personal and professional life. A good partnership and authentic connection with your therapist are essential ingredients.
Using structure, setting clear goals, and keeping your progress on track using evidence-based outcome measures are some of the extra ingredients my clients have found extremely useful in their work with me as they moved through therapy to find personal growth and enriched ways of living.
During my career, I've worked with children and families, military populations and their families, and soldiers with traumatic brain injuries. Having lived and worked internationally for 7 years, I've also assisted Americans and other foreign expats with transition and cultural adjustment. I look forward to hearing from you!
