We ALL struggle from time to time with handling our emotions, life challenges, and self-identity. I believe counseling is about personal growth and wellness. I believe we ALL can benefit from therapy because at the end of the day it is about unloading the emotional baggage we are trying to deal with on a daily basis. There is always a "Silver Lining" in everyday life and embracing challenges - and change.
I believe that learning to understand, cope with, and move forward from your challenges should take place in a safe, judgment-free, and peaceful environment with a mental health therapist you can trust.
Rather than focusing on diagnoses, I focus on helping you find ways to improve your life, minimize stress and worry, and discover the confidence you need to be the best version of yourself. At the end of the day we could all use a therapist. I want to break the stigma that mental health carries and I want people to realize there is a "Silver Lining."
