We’ll work collaboratively to explore the roots of your anxiety, depression and loneliness. We’ll start with what’s going on in the moment and how to get control over your body and negative thoughts and manage emotional distress. My goal for you is to have at least five different tools and techniques that you can always carry with you to create relief.
You don’t need to feel ashamed of your feelings anymore. You and I will gently bump up against the feelings of anxiety, depression and loneliness so that you don’t get swallowed up by them.
