Recent Updates From Shauna Bergh
Last updated | Tuesday February 18, 2025

I take a holistic, somatic and transpersonal/spiritual approach to therapy, looking deeply into the interplay between mind, body and spirit and working at the root level of our physical experience: the nervous system. I work collaboratively with clients to explore socio-cultural considerations, how we fit or don't fit in that context and our opportunities for growth. We'll sort through to find and examine unconscious patterns and get creative to generate alternatives that put you more in line with your goals and life purpose. If you don't know what those are, we'll figure that out too.
I have over two decades of experience as an elementary & middle school teacher and counselor. My experience lends a multi-faceted expertise in human development across the lifespan. I am a yoga & meditation teacher, utilizing both eastern and western traditions. I am an EMDR practitioner, SEP and hold a certificate in Nutritional Psychology.
We'll work together to develop a creative framework in which to explore your strengths. Deep integrative work can be done through traditional talk therapy along with other modalities such as EMDR, mindfulness, yoga & somatic therapy or expressive arts and collaborating with complementary and alternative medicine providers.
