I assist you in gaining self-awareness and tailor treatment plans around your needs. I believe together; we can create a plan for positive lasting change. I strive to provide a safe therapeutic environment that will allow you to express your authentic self.
All human behavior has a purpose and is an attempt to meet a need. It isn't until we discover what that need is and find a "healthier" or more "productive" way of meeting that need that the behavior no longer is necessary.
