I am a clinical psychologist specializing in children, adolescents and their families who are going through difficult times in their lives-depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, divorce reaction, and behavioral problems. What I love about the work I do is that, although I see people at some of the hardest times in their lives, as we work together, they find the skills, strength and desire to grow and change.
Seeking help is the first brave step in the process of change. During difficult times we often cannot see that there is hope. For children and teens, I provide individual therapy and parent training to help improve their mood, behavior and self-esteem by introducing alternative ways to cope.
I also specialize in psychological testing. For adults, I can help you identify obstacles such as identifying emotional issues that may be leaving you stuck. For children and adolescents, I can investigate cognitive or emotional issues, to help your child receive the best intervention possible.
