If I could imagine my ideal client it would be an individual who is open to the process of change even when it's not linear. I enjoy helping people who are looking for ways to change negative thought, understand their emotions better, change current behaviors, and heal from past experiences. I support with a variety of goals including improving self asleep, healing from trauma, learning how to communicate effectively, and developing emotional regulation skills.
As a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist I help people gain a sense of control over their minds and body. I have advanced certification in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy. I specialize working with individuals struggling with symptoms of Stress, Anxiety, and Mood Disorders.
Therapy is most effective as a collaborative effort, with the client and clinician working together to reach the individual's goal. I am passionate about helping clients feel comfortable with their mental health, become able to accept difficult life events, and learn to feel successful in our high stress world is the focus of my therapeutic interventions.
