Recent Updates From Michelle Gawronski
Last updated | Tuesday October 22, 2024
As an IFS therapist, I offer a warm and welcoming approach to counseling. Trust, non-judgment, creativity, empowerment, and individualized goals are central to my practice. It is my hope to always provide a safe, culturally conscious space, grounded in trust. My ability to listen, hold space, and provide compassionate understanding creates an atmosphere where everyone feels safe and comfortable navigating their internal system of “parts” at their own pace.
Learning how to engage with each other and promote inclusivity is central to who I am as a therapist and individual. I have experience supporting our active-duty military, supporting adolescents from underserved populations, and operate my own private practice working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences.
My area of focus includes trauma, complex trauma, depression, anxiety, adjustment/life transitions, LGBTQIA+ issues, eating disorders, self-esteem, religious trauma, and grief/loss. I welcome all parts and encourage the expression of all identities. You may also find more information located on my website at www.panamacitycounseling.com
