Last updated | Tuesday October 22, 2024
I am a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker serving clients in Massachusetts, Maine, and Michigan, with a dedication to fostering mental health and well-being.
My journey began at Worcester State University in 2012, where I earned my degree in Criminal Justice. Building on this foundation, I pursued my passion for helping others and obtained my Masters in Social Work from Simmons University in 2019.
My career in the field of social work began in 2011, and I've since held diverse roles, including residential case manager, admission coordinator for an inpatient rehabilitation program, and outpatient clinician at various agencies, including a methadone clinic. This multifaceted experience has enriched my understanding of individuals' unique needs.
My expertise is centered around treating and addressing dual diagnosis/co-occurring disorders, substance abuse/addiction, and exploring the intricate link between nutrition and mental health. My practice encompasses the treatment of anxiety, depression, PTSD/trauma, mood disorders, and personality disorders.
I am committed to providing a nurturing, empowering, and supportive environment to help individuals achieve their goals. Drawing from approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused frameworks, I strive to establish a profound therapeutic connection within a judgment-free space. Together, we can work towards a brighter future.
